WOYWW #247

Good morning WOYWW's, missed you all last week, just forgot what day of the week it was - only just remembered what day it was this morning - is it my age? or just another busy week at work? - bit of both I think! Anyway, my desk this week is from a recent commission I did for a friend at work, the sort of commission I like, one without any specific requirements - they always work out better like that.

and a few close ups:

The card was made entirely from white card and one ink pad (wild honey distress ink), with a few extra twiddly bits

And cos I had a couple of birthdays this week, some finished cards;

and this one was made with the left over bits

That's all for now, off to Julias blog to look at everyone else's desks.

See you all next week

Donna x

  11. I didn't get to see anyone till now. We had to take my daughters dog back to Columbus ( a 3hour drive to have his staples out and 3 hours back ) it kinda killed the day you can say. But I got a pack of new markers.. oh I'm so bad! Any way your cards are over the top. My daughter and I love the yellow one.. its just awesome. Thanks for letting us peek. #36

  12. Wonderful cards... I love the Sheena oak stamp too and use it quite often but haven't tried that type of background with it yet ... Maybe that's my next project?

    Happy desk day ... Thanks for sharing!

  15. Hi Donna,

    What a pretty card. It's interesting that you got all those different shades from the same ink pad -- well done. I really liked seeing the flowers close up.

    The other two cards are lovely too. Did you doodle the frame lines yourself? I'm impressed!

    Thank you for visiting me already!
    Happy belated WOYWW
